Ingredients
750 ml milk
30 ml water
125 ml cake flour
1 ml salt
Sugar (to taste, or one teaspoon)
12,5 ml margarine
Cinnamon
Extra sugar
How to make it
Heat milk to boiling point.
Sprinkle water onto the flour.
Stir with for or knife until mixture resembles crumbs.
Stir in the flour mixture, sugar and salt into the milk.
Return to heat.
Cook at low temperature while stirring until thickened, about 10 min.
Allow to cool slightly.
Stir in margarine.
Pour into bowl.
Make a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle over.
Serve.
