• Lead singer Todd Pipes was inspired to write this song after seeing Audrey Hepburn in the film Roman Holiday, but he thought another Hepburn movie"Breakfast at Tiffany's" would make a better song title.
• The song is a humorous and optimistic look at a failing relationship. It is sung from a man’s point of view and describes the relationship failing on the basis that the two have nothing in common.
