Nepal quake: Doctor defends govt decision to delay medical supplies | News Article

Kathmandu - The Director of a hospital in Nepal has defended a government decision to delay medical supplies coming into the quake-ravaged country in favour of aid such as tents and food.

Shankar Mon Rai, director of the Kirtipur hospital in Kathmandu, says Nepal has enough medical supplies for at least a week, but food is vital at the moment.
