Stranger
I met a stranger today who like the wind whispered wonderful secrets in my ear, telling me not to fear. My very dead skin to shed, to lay my worries to bed and watch them sleep and never to return again.
I met a stranger today who had me living outside my own body, timing me composing for me my very own rhapsody, deep, deep in the valley of dreams he blew right through me carried me over waters and watched me freeze to the mindset that is his.
I met a stranger today and as much as he has intrigued my soul and penetrated my thoughts I will remain raw, for inside, my mind and soul are at war. – Lerato Lelia
