Brits - Three people are expected to appear in the Brits Magistrate's Court today for possession of rhino horns.
North West police spokesperson, Sabata Mokgwabone says the trio, aged 30, 31 and 34, were arrested in Elandsrand on Saturday after police acted on a tip-off that one of the suspects, a Mozambican national, was seen in possession of rhino horns.
According to information, the suspects' vehicle, a white Mercedes Benz with North West registration plates, was spotted and stopped for a search. Mokgwabone says during the search, four rhino horns were found inside the car's boot.
