OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean speaks to Neville Raath of the Red Meat Producer’s Organisation in the Free State about activities they will be involved in at Bloem Show.
Raath says this is an ideal opportunity to bridge the gap between the producer and the consumer.
He says they will have daily lamb and sheep meat tastings and will also be providing housewives with information on meat classification to enable them to choose the right cut of meat for the right price.
