OFM News’ agri editor, Sabrina Dean, was at Nampo last week and spoke to various people about different things in the agriculture sector.
She caught up with well-known agricultural economist, Ernst Janovsky, and asked him why, despite the difficult times in the sector as a result of the drought, attendance figures and business at the agricultural showcase event seem to be on the up.
Janovsky explains that the free market system means that producers can still make good revenue despite lower yields…
