The Cheetahs have been the form team in the competition this year and have won all nine their matches to date.

The match-23 for the final is unchanged, with one shift in the side with Charles Marais moving to loosehead prop, while the Springbok bound Ox Nche moves to the bench.

Earlier in the competition, the Cheetahs also outscored the Bulls 6 tries to two to give the visitors a 43-20 hiding in Bloemfontein.

The Cheetahs coach, Franco Smith, says just as the recent rain in the Free State has been a blessing, it’s been a blessing to guide his young side to the final.

“We’re very blessed, just like the rain that has come down,” said Smith.

“We’re blessed to field the group of players that we wanted to, we’ve been blessed the whole year.

“Everybody is healthy, recovered well and ready to play, so I’m excited about that.”

The team’s captain, Francois Venter, says they've done all the hard work throughout the season, now it’s a matter of finishing the job.

“It is something new, especially the hype.

“But it is still rugby and that’s why we started day one preparing for the final and we’re just going to go out there and enjoy ourselves.

“We’ve done all the work so far now it’s time to go out there and execute.”

Tomorrow’s big final between the Toyota Free State Cheetahs and the Blue Bulls at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein kicks off at 16:00.
