Bloemfontein Celtic will face Maritzburg United on 23 August in their opening match of the 2016/17 Premier Soccer League season.
Ironically this match will also serve as the former Celtic captain, Bevan Fransman’s debut for his new team, Maritzburg.
The team from the City of Roses confirmed that they will be playing at home this weekend in a three-team tournament.
Phunya Sele Sele will face Umtata Bushbucks from the Eastern Cape and Royal Eagles from KwaZulu-Natal tomorrow at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium.
Celtic will kick-off proceedings against Bushbucks at 9:30 tomorrow morning and then take on the Eagles at 14:30 in the afternoon.
Entry for the tournament is free of charge and the team invites everybody to come and enjoy the action.
