Bloemfontein - South Africa has neighbouring countries whose citizens enter the country for various reasons and some carry valid documents while others don’t.
Home Affairs Minister, Malusi Gigaba, said our country has one peculiar neighbouring country whose borders are completely surrounded by South Africa.
Gigaba further mentioned that there is amnesty for those Lesotho citizens who are illegally in the country.
