Bloemfontein - Central South Africa and more specifically the areas serviced by the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality are still caught in the aftermath of a severe drought.
Stringent water restrictions announced in July 2015 will remain applicable for the Mangaung Metro's residents this spring.
André Grobler spoke to the Department of Water Affairs' spokesperson, Sputnik Ratau, on the state of the general water situation just before the 2016 Spring season.
