The national chairperson of the South African Local Government Association (Salga), Thabo Manyoni, has been described as a unifier.
This accolade was uttered at a media briefing of the last NEC meeting of Salga, held recently in Bloemfontein.
Salga will hold their national conference towards the end of the year where the new leadership will be elected.
