Zeerust - Two people were killed and three others were seriously injured when their vehicle overturned on the Riekersdam bridge outside Zeerust. North West public safety spokesperson, Lesiba Kgwele, says the driver of a car heading to Swartruggens from Mafikeng lost control of the vehicle on a curve. The vehicle hit through barriers and landed on its roof on a railway line below the bridge. The three people injured were taken to the Zeerust Provincial Hospital.
