Bloemfontein – 23 August – The SuperSport Health and Adventure Club and Beds of Hope will be hosting an exciting Spin-A-thon in association with the MTN OFM Classic, on Saturday, 18 September 2010 at the Loch Logan Waterfront.

SuperSport trainers will present the Spin-a-Thon and for a minimum donation of R10-00, members of the public can join OFM’s Eloise Pretorius and Bernie Naude for a 5 minute spinning session. Each participant will receive a free one week gym voucher and a ticket for a lucky draw at the end of the event.

Organisers of the event, invite all cyclists who would like to enter for the MTN OFM Mountain bike race or the MTN OFM Classic road race, to participate in the Spin-a-thon and submit their entries. The Spin-a-Thon will take place from 09:00 to12:00 and the OFM street squad will report on all the activities on OFM throughout the morning.

All funds donated at the event will go towards the Beds of Hope Campaign. The Campaign was launched three years ago and raise much needed funds for the neonatal and pediatric wards of the Universitas and Pelonomi hospitals in Bloemfontein. The campaign assists these hospitals with life saving care, equipment and beds for pre-maturely born and very sick babies.
