1. Sia – Rainbow

Sia has released a brand new single Rainbow as a new inspirational song to the My Little Pony soundtrack which was released on Friday 15 September. The Australian pop star eschews the vocal acrobatics of past hits like “Chandelier” in favor of a restrained hook and hypnotic beat, while still sounding as powerful and inspired as ever. She maintains the evenhanded, optimistic spirit that elevates her best songs, singing, “I can see a rainbow in your tears as the sun comes out.”

2. U2 & Kygo – You’re The Best Thing About Me

Have you ever listened to U2 and thought, Where’s the tropical house? Well, friendo, your day has finally arrived with the advent of Kygo’s remix of You’re The Best Thing About Me, the lead single from U2’s upcoming Songs Of Experience. The soft-EDM poster boy actually debuted the collaboration over a year ago at his own Cloud Nine Festival, but now the official version has arrived in all its dubious glory.

3. Jessie J – Think About That

Jessie J released her defiant new track Think About That with its accompanying sultry music video, making this her second single since returning after 2015’s Flashlight. Think About That is both low-key and jarring, fierce and restrained from start to finish, with the singer making it clear that she's done catering to someone else, spitting "I was living my dreams through your eyes/ Building my life on your lies/ You just laughed when I cried." The video opens with Jessie J with her hands tied, dripping wet. She’s soon freed, donning a BDSM-esque leather mask and fishnet body stocking as she crawls at the camera and dances in thigh-high boots on a dim, smoky street.

4. JP Cooper Ft. Stormzy – Momma’s Prayers

JP Cooper has released ‘Momma’s Prayers’, a Stormzy-featuring new single. The platinum-selling Manchester singer-songwriter’s latest release is a softly-sung ballad, dedicated to the pair’s respective mothers and complimented by Stormzy’s deep singing voice and rapid-fire rapping. It’s taken from JP Cooper’s upcoming debut album ‘Raised Under Grey Skies’, released October 6 on Island Records.

5. Lorde Ft. Khalid, Post Malone & SZA – Homemade Dynamite

2017 is the year Lorde is officially back. Earlier this year, fans saw the release of her sophomore album, Melodrama.Following it's success, Lorde has now released a remix of one of the hit songs off this new album, "Homemade Dynamite."
