The former North West premier is adamant that the African National Congress (ANC) must act and take a decisive action against the party Councillor found guilty of plotting to kill him.


Supra Mahumapelo tells OFM News that he does not understand why the party gave the Councillor certain responsibilities for the elections.

He says the ANC must follow suit of the court and expel Gaasite Legalatladi, who was found guilty by the court and sentenced to five years imprisonment.

The former premier has previously said that he was willing to forgive the woman who wanted to kill him as part of a “healing process”.

Mahumapelo says he is stunned by the ANC's inability to act against Legalatladi.



Mahumapelo previously told OFM News he will continue to push to uncover the names of those concocting lies about his name.

Three people, including two ANC councillors‚ Ditebogo Molema from ward 13 in Mahikeng‚ and a member of the the mayoral committee at the Mahikeng local municipality‚ Legalatladi‚ have been separately accused for either plotting to kill Mahumapelo or threatening him.
