This after OFM News reported that the spokesperson of Free State Health, Mondli Mvambi, said that the Vooma Campaign has boosted the underperforming districts in the province. Mvambi urged more people to register and show up for vaccination jabs, as the Free State Health Department is hoping to have 1.3 million administered vaccinations by December 2021.

“We are delighted, as the Free State Department of Health, to have reached the million mark of vaccine doses administred in the Free State. We achieved this milestone through a consented effort by all the districts of the province,” he adds.

Mvambi says the Fezile Dabi district administered 165 243 doses, Lejweleputswa registered 233 398, with Mangaung registering 351 504 and 214 405 for Thabo Mofutsanyana, while Xhariep registered 40 066, resulting in a total of 1 004 616 doses that have been administered in the Free State province.
