Evans gives an overview of the virus and the detrimental effects of the fever. Evans says that upon infection, the pigs are very likely to either die or suffer extremely prior to death. He delves into the various ways that ASFV can be spread and also differentiates between African Swine Fever and Classical Swine Fever. Moreover, Evans alludes to the two fevers being unrelated, however, their effects are equally devastating.
