As director in Honey Attorneys' Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Department, Donovan specialises in insolvency related matters. Donovan completed his BA Law and LL.B degrees at the University of the Free State in 1994 and 1997 respectively, and commenced with his articles in 1995 at EG Cooper & Sons. Donovan further obtained various certificates in insolvency and company law. Donovan joined Honey Attorneys as a director in 2016 and has been an invaluable member of our team ever since, where he has earned the utmost respect of his fellow directors as being a knowledgeable and hard-working practitioner.

Donovan has over 20 years’ experience as an attorney, notary, conveyancer and an insolvency practitioner. He has vast knowledge of the law in general whilst specialising in insolvency and company law.

 Donovan is on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Liquidators and is affiliated to SARIPA and INSOL International.
