The late Queen of Soul tragically passed away last week at the age of 76 after having battled pancreatic cancer for several years, and will be honoured with a memorial service at Chene Park Amphitheatre in Detroit on August 30.

With just one week to go until the service, TMZ has obtained the full list of performers, which includes 74-year-old Gladys Knight, who is known as the Empress of Soul.

Other names set to pay tribute to the 'Natural Woman' hitmaker include The Four Tops, Johnny Gill, Ron Isley, Kiki Sheard, Kurt Carr, and Jean Carne.

George Clooney is the world’s highest-paid actor

Forbes magazine released its list of highest-paid actors for 2018.

George scored a “career-high pre-tax paycheck of $239 million (R3,4 billion) between 1 June 2017 and 1 June 2018,” the publication reports.

But the Money Monster star didn’t earn the big bucks from appearing on the big screen.

A large chunk of his earnings came from selling his Casamigos Tequila company, which he co-founded in 2013 with Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman, for $1 billion (then R12,5 billion) in June 2017, People reports.

“If you asked us four years ago if we had a billion-dollar company I don’t think we’d have said yes,” George said in an interview with CNBC.

“But we’re not going anywhere. We’ll still be very much a part of Casamigos.”

But George isn’t the only Hollywood star who raked in the big bucks this year. Dwayne Johnsoncame in second place after earning a $124-million (R1,7 billion) cut of the profits of his blockbuster Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.'
