A young man from Odendaalsrus in the Free State, who is suspected to be mentally disabled, has been missing for almost three days.

Police spokesperson, Stephen Thakeng, says 23-year-old Johnny Mohale left his parents' house in Kutloanong at about 11:00 on Monday. They were unaware that he had left. According to Thakeng, Mohale's worried father, William, reported him missing at the local police station shortly after noticing he was gone. Thakeng says according to information, Johnny had mental outbreaks since December last year.

The missing Mohale was last seen wearing a navy Dickies t-shirt and dark brown long pants. He weighs about 60kg and is 1.56 meters tall. Thakeng says he also speaks with a stuttering voice. Thakeng appeals to anyone with information to contact their nearest police station or Capt. David Mkwane of Odendaalsrus Detective Services at 082-301-2797.
