Deadly day on FS roads─── 06:45 Sun, 02 Dec 2018
Six people have died and six have been injured in two separate collisions on the N8 between Bloemfontein and Thaba Nchu in the Free State.
According to ER24's Russel Meiring, one person died and two were injured at around 12:30 yesterday (Saturday) when one light motor vehicle collided with another at Thaba Nchu.
At around 14:30, five people died and four others were injured following a collision between two vehicles at Mandela View.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
Earlier, the SABC reported that seven people also succumbed on the R702 at Dewetsdorp when a taxi collided with a car.
One person was critically injured. It is suspected that one of the drivers lost control of their vehicle.
