NW public requested to assist in locating missing woman | News Article

A 51-year-old woman was reported missing at the North West province’s Mogwase Police Station in Potchefstroom.

The police in Mogwase have requested the public to assist in looking out for the missing 51-year-old Mmampoko Juliet Sekole, of Masakeng Section, Welgeval Village, near Moruleng.

According to North West police spokesperson, Adéle Myburgh, the 51-year-old Sekole went missing on Tuesday 25 May 2021. The last time she was seen was when she was walking alone and barefooted in the streets, wearing a blue apron with yellow dots. 

Sekola is reported to be suffering from depression. Meanwhile, police have requested anyone with information regarding the missing lady, to contact Colonel Shimane Kubyadi on 082 856 1087 or call South African Police Service (SAPS) Crime Stop Number 08600 10111.
