As means of doing good for the community and working together, 35 police officers and state troopers got together to finish the construction on a very special project.
Retired and active officers from the New Jersey State Police and Jefferson County Sheriff's office, all got together to finish building a tree house, that officer Joel Davis had been building for his teenage daughter Jaila.
Reddit website reports, that in less than a day, officers put the finishing touches of Jaila's fort, completing features like ladders, windows and even a balcony. Police officers said that they were happy to do it, because working together goes a long way, and stated that if they ever needed assistance they would get the help from their colleagues.
