Following week two of the 2018 Brutal Fruit Premier League, the Free State Crinums and defending champions, the Gauteng Jaguars, remain unbeaten to top the log after four matches.

After a shaky start against the KZN Kingdom Stars on Saturday, the Crinums rallied from a 4-goal deficit to convincingly beating KZN coach Madri Maritz's side by 55-35 at the Ellis Park Indoor Arena.

The Crinums then faced the Northern Cape Diamonds on Sunday and were keen to improve on their performance of the previous day, Crinums Captain Maryke Coetzee led her side to an emphatic 76-22 win.

The back-to-back victories leave the Crinums in the 2nd position on the Premier Netball League log with 4 out of 4 wins, similar to the Gauteng Jaguars who top the table thanks to a superior goal difference.

Week 3 of the competition will be contested at the Rembrandt Hall of the University of Pretoria with the Crinums expected to face the Jaguars on Saturday at 17:00 followed by a match against the Gauteng Golden Fireballs at 10:00 on Sunday morning.
