While the Bulls still have to beat the Lions tomorrow, the mood is the camp is a confident one.

The confidence was further fuelled by the fact that a full-strength team was selected for the knockout game.

After winning the SuperRugby Unlocked series earlier in the season, the Bulls are no doubt favourite to lift the Currie Cup this year.

Bulls coach, Jake White, says that there is no reason for them not to be confident.

“We've shown that we can beat all of those teams. We've beaten all of them; not once, but twice.

“There should be no reason for us not to feel confident if stick to the things that we do well.

“If it means keeping the ball, that's fine. If it means that we have to be tactically aware then we can change things around.

“I'm hoping that Ivan (van Zyl), Morné (Steyn) and Duane (Vermeulen), that should of advantage and experience is going to be the sort of thing we need this weekend and hopefully next weekend.”

Kick-off for this semi-final in Pretoria is at 14:00, while at 16:30, Western Province tackle the Sharks at Newlands.
