The controversial former Free State Stars coach, Luc Eymael, has landed a job in South Africa after being appointed as the Technical Advisor for Chippa United.
Siyabulela Gwambi in his turn takes over as the interim head coach.
This follows after Dan Malesela was axed after their 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Maritzburg United over the weekend.
Eymael, who lead Ea Lla Koto to the Nedbank Cup title some time ago has been unemployed since it emerged that he had made racists remarks about the supporters of the Tanzanian outfit, Young Africans, in 2020.
In December last year, Chippa appointed Eymael as their head coach, but due to the public outcry, they swiftly made a U-turn on their deceision.
SAFA tried to have Eymael's future appointments in South Africa blocked, however, this attempt had failed.
Meanwhile, this afternoon at 15:00 Tshakhuma FC host Mamelodi Sundowns, and at 17:00 Kaizer Chiefs are at home to Stellenbosch.
