Bloemfontein - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in the Free State say it’s time that the dominant race in the country take what belongs to them.
EFF’s Jacob Tshabalala says the party will improve residents’ lives by creating permanent jobs without tender systems and eliminating the medical aid system.
Tshabalala was speaking at an EFF press conference in Bloemfontein yesterday, where Mandisa Makesini was introduced as the party's provincial premier candidate along with 29 other members whose names were submitted to the IEC for the upcoming general elections.
Makesini is adamant that the party will govern the country.
She says nationalisation and funding of tertiary studies will tackle the high unemployment rate in the province.
Provincial EFF spokesperson Lucky Mongale says the party plans to revive abolished factories in Botshabelo and Thaba Nchu to start producing locally.
