Bloemfontein - Most cases of racism at schools reported to the South African Human Rights Commission come from the Free State.
This is the word from SAHRC spokesperson Isaac Mangena, after the commission found Bloemfontein's Dr Viljoen's staff, including the principle guilty of hate speech against black and coloured pupils.
Mangena says the SAHRC investigated allegations that pupils at the school were exposed to dehumanising and racist treatment.
Mangena has expressed his gratitude towards those who expose racism at school level, and urged those who know of more cases, to report them to the Human Rights Commission.
