Johannesburg - Low-cost airline Mango has appealed to travellers to arrive early for their flights this holiday season.
The request comes in the wake of high volumes of traffic, at times resulting in congestion, at the airline's check-in counters.
Mango spokesperson Hein Kaiser says thousands of South Africans will be travelling to their holiday destinations over the next couple of days.
Kaiser said given a finite number of check-in counters available there have been very long queues on peak days.
He says the return segments of travel should also be considered.
