Pretoria - Ten people were injured this morning after a shootout between alleged robbers and security personnel at a shopping centre in Buitekant Road in Soshanguve, Tshwane.
ER24 paramedics, along with SAPS and other services, were called to the scene, and on their arrival found that a large crowd had gathered around the scene.
On assessment, paramedics found that nine members of the public and one security officer had sustained minor to moderate injuries, including gunshot wounds.
These injuries occurred when a shootout between alleged robbers and security personnel took place in the parking lot.
Paramedics treated the patients for their injuries and thereafter transported them to various hospitals for urgent medical assessment.
