South Africa’s Lloyd Harris is through to the quarter-finals of the Cary Challenger tournament in North Carolina.
Last night the 26-year-old Harris reached the last eight of the tournament by beating the 5th seeded Arthur Cazaux of France.
Harris beat Cazaux 6-4 and 7-6 to advance to the quarter-finals and set up a date with Liam Brody of England.
Brody in his turn beat Blake Ellis of Australia 6-3 and 6-3.
A win for Harris will see him up against the winner between the Australian duo Adam Walton and Rinky Hijikata in the semi-finals.
