Potchefstroom - Senior prosecutor for the National Prosecuting Authority Glynnis Breytenbach is unlikely to stay with the NPA. So says Theo Venter, a North West University political analyst.
He was commenting after Breytenbach was cleared of all 15 charges relating to a controversial mining rights case.
Venter says political interference in NPA work is a serious cause for concern.
Breytenbach was suspended in April last year for her handling of the case involving Sishen and Imperial Crown Trading. However, she claimed she was suspended to stop her prosecuting former crime intelligence head Richard Mdluli.
