Bloemfontein - The Free State government says people from all parts of the province will be included in the provincial delegation attending former President Nelson Mandela's memorial service in Johannesburg tomorrow.
Government spokesperson Mondli Mvambi says while they are trying to avoid extravagant spending, it's important that provincial representatives attend the ceremony.
The memorial takes place at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg from 11am. At least 70 foreign heads of state, including US President Barack Obama, are expected to attend.
Dignitaries will then have an opportunity to pay their final respects to Mandela at the Union Buildings on Wednesday, and members of the public on Thursday and Friday before he is laid to rest during a state funeral at Qunu in the Eastern Cape on Sunday.
