Bloemfontein - Thirty-seven small businesses in the Free State will have good reason to celebrate today when they receive equipment and stock worth millions of rand.
Economic Development MEC Mosebenzi Zwane and Phumelela Executive Mayor Tlokotsi Motaung will hand over the equipment in Vrede today.
According to the department, this service delivery programme has given hope to hundreds of Free State businesses that would ordinarily remain on the fringes of economic and job creation activity.
An array of businesses from Fezile Dabi, Mangaung and Thabo Mofutsanyana will also receive assistance from a massive training programme to equip them with essential business skills.
