Ingredients:
10 fresh dates, chopped
15ml water
180ml organic peanut butter
100ml almonds, coarsely chopped
100ml cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
50ml pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
60ml coconut flakes
60ml sunflower seeds
125ml miracle berry mix
2ml salt
Preparation Instructions:
Line a 26x15cm rectangular pan with baking paper.
In a small saucepan, stir together dates, water and peanut butter and place over low heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the dry ingredients are coated.
Add some more nuts if the mixture feels too moist and some more water if too dry.
Press the mixture in the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares before serving.
Can be store in an airtight container in the fridge.
