Kimberley - The Northern Cape provincial government has their work cut out for them if they are to meet the priorities of the ANC's manifesto. This according to Premier Sylvia Lucas, who delivered her budget speech in Kimberley this morning.
Lucas says as a party that always takes its mandate and responsibilities seriously, the ANC has appointed a highly capable team to lead government in the province.
She says her team is acutely aware of the action-oriented and people-centred vision that has been created by government.
