Chrisna Botha dies in Mediclinic Bloemfontein after fall from horse─── CHRISTAL-LIZE MULLER 16:07 Tue, 16 Sep 2014
Bloemfontein - The girlfriend of the Kovsie student who jumped to his death at Mediclinic Bloemfontein yesterday has passed away in the same hospital.
Hospital spokesperson, Amanda Appelgryn, has confirmed that the 20-year old Kovsie student, Chrisna Botha, who hails from Lady Grey, died of natural causes, just after 15:00 this afternoon.
She was admitted with multiple injuries, including severe head trauma, after falling from her horse.
Botha's boyfriend, Morné van der Westhuizen committed suicide by jumping from the hospital's seventh storey.
