Alleged FS diesel thieves offered bail─── CHRISTAL-LIZE MULLER 17:35 Tue, 25 Nov 2014
Phuthaditjhaba - Five suspects, including a police officer, who appeared in the Phuthaditjhaba Magistrate's Court today in connection with the alleged theft of diesel at a hospital were handed R500 bail each.
Free State police spokesperson, Mmako Mophiring, says they allegedly loaded 20 litres of diesel in a private vehicle parked close to the Elizabeth Ross District Hospital’s fuel storage facility over the weekend.
Two hospital employees and two community members are also involved. They will be back in court on December 22.
The suspects are police officer, Themba Sesele (28), Mamelo Mahlasela (32), Moeketsi Mafithla (42), Shataka Moshoadiba (32) and Malebo Tau (40).
