UK tourist returns home after an alleged Kuruman robbery | News Article

Kuruman - The value of several personal items stolen from a British tourist's car in Kuruman is unknown, because there is no police inquest.

Northern Cape police spokesperson, Olebogeng Tawana, says the man did not want to open a case, after he discovered his belongings were missing from his car after he went shopping in town.

According to Tawana criminals allegedly broke into the man’s car and stole valuable items.

Police were at the scene.

Tawana says the specifics of the stolen items cannot be revealed because the tourist did not want to open a case as he indicated he is leaving South Africa to return home.
