Harrismith - Free State police suspects a cigarette van was hijacked in Harrismith this morning after it was found burnt and abandoned on the R712 road to Phuthaditjhaba.
According to police spokesperson Mmako Mophiring, the driver was found in Reitz and is in police custody for questioning.
