Prepare for long wage negotiation: Naptosa─── 13:13 Thu, 23 Oct 2014
Johannesburg - Teachers' union Naptosa feels public sector unions must prepare for long wage negotiations in the months to come, following yesterday's mid-term budget speech.
The union's Anthony Pierce believes the consolidated labour demands that unions have tabled, are not reflected in the suggestions made by Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene in Parliament yesterday.
Pierce says their demands include a 15% increase across the board inclusive of inflation.
