Cape Town - A Cape Town attorney appeared in the Mitchells Plain Magistrate's Court on Thursday for alleged drug possession, the NPA said.
Ursula Vreugde allegedly passed 30 packets of tik (methamphetamine) to her client in the same court on Wednesday, Western Cape National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Eric Ntabazalila said.
Her client, Ivan Jacobs, appeared in court at the time on an unrelated matter. Vreugde was granted R1000 bail and the matter was postponed to February 15.
