Cape Town - Minister of Health Aaron Motsoaledi says Treasury has completed a discussion document on financing options for the National Health Insurance (NHI).
Motsoaledi appeared before Parliament's Health Portfolio committee on Friday to provide an update on government's plan to overcome unequal access to healthcare by introducing the NHI.
The biggest point of contention and discussion over this has been who will pay and how.
