Pretoria - Wage negotiations in the coal mining sector are set to continue amidst an indefinite strike.
About 30 000 National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) downed tools on Sunday.
NUM wants a 13% pay hike or R1 000 more for the lowest paid workers. The Chamber of Mines is offering R300.
The Chamber's Charmane Russell says they will continue to negotiate until an agreement is reached.
