The Crusaders will be going into Saturday’s Super Rugby clash against the Toyota Cheetahs with renewed confidence following their 34-6 win over the Lions last week.
Just like the Cheetahs, the seven-time champions have won two of their matches to go along with the two loses.
The Cheetahs in their turn will take heart of the fact that Melbourne Rebels proved during the opening game of the tournament that the Saders can be beaten at home with a 20-10 win.
While the Cheetahs have a respectable record against the South islanders at home, they are yet to record a win in Christchurch.
Crusaders and All Blacks lock, Luke Romano speaking from training this morning said that despite their big win over the Lions, there is still some room for improvement when they Naka Drotskés’ chargers.
Saturday morning’s match at the AMI Stadium in Christchurch kicks off at 8:35.
