Dagg set for return against Cheetahs | News Article

The Crusaders are set to unleash All Blacks fullback Israel Dagg against the Toyota Cheetahs on Saturday morning when the two sides lock-horns in the Super Rugby.

The influential Dagg more than likely get a starting role as he returns from a quadriceps injury.

The seven-time champions are aiming to add a bit more spice to their stuttering attack, despite their 34-6 mauling of the Lions last weekend.

If Dagg starts at fullback, Tom Taylor is expected to drop back to the bench while Daniel Carter will stay at inside entre with Colin Slade at flyhalf.

During training, lock Luke Romano said there are a few things they would like to improve on when they tackle the Cheetahs.

Saturday mornings clash at the AMI Stadium kicks off at 8:35.
