Mitch has no interest in Sharks job | News Article

With the 2015 Super Rugby done and dusted for South African teams, there are plenty of coaching jobs up for grabs for next season.

Of the five South African franchises, only Johan Ackerman will carry-on coaching the Lions next season, while the Toyota Cheetahs saw Franco Smith come in as new coach for the last two matches of their campaign.

The Sharks, Stormers and Bulls will also see new coaches from next season.

It appears that former Chiefs and All Blacks loosie, John Mitchell is not interested in the head coach vacancy at the Sharks.
His name has inevitably cropped up in the wake of Gary Gold shifting away from the coaching role.

The former All Blacks, Western Force and Lions coach said that he is more than content with what he is doing at the moment.

Former Sharks coach, and Mitchell’s fellow kiwi, John Plumtree is linked with a job at the Stormers, while the talk is that Springbok lock Victor Matfield can take over from Frans Ludeke at Loftus Versfeld.
