The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality says , as soon as current and future developments are completed, Bloemfontein, Botshabelo and Thaba-Nchu will become one enormous metropolitan city. As South Africa slowly approaches this year’s general elections, OFM’s Refilwe Mekoa asked a Bloemfontein resident what she thought of the changes around the city and explored the current crime rate in Botshabelo.
