NOTICE: Planned power interruption by Eskom in Kopanong Municipality─── 15:27 Tue, 19 Jul 2016
Residents of Gariep Dam, Springfontein, Trompsburg, Edenburg, Reddesburg and Phillipolis are made aware of the planned power outage on 14 August 2016 from 07H00 until 17H00.
Important Notice
1. The power may be restored without warning at any time during the shutdown period and all installations must therefore be treated as live and dangerous.
2. Residents are asked to ignore this notice should the power not be interrupted within 1 hour of the scheduled starting time. That would mean that the maintenance has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Residents will receive another notice in due course.
The shutdown is necessary for construction and/or maintenance upgrades on the network.
Mangaung Metro would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of the interruption.
